I said I'd get around do it.. so here are a few more since that art block is well and truly in place still. *sigh* All of them under the cut, some of them are pretty big~
So this is Kiyomizu Dera in Kyoto, it was an awesome place to visit and walk around. The shrines were just amazing and this one was epic. The view of Kyoto was stunning as well. I also got to drink blessed water from one of the waterfall things here. It was cool. ^_^
This is on the way to the APPI ski resort on new year's eve. It's in Iwate and I think that right there in the picture was Iwate-san, the mountain. ^_^ The snow here was gorgeous.
This is also from the very brief stop in Kyoto (we were there for like 5 hours?). This is the Golden Pavillion in Kinkakuji. The actual house itself is just so SHINY. I mean seriously it's GOLD. We lost so much money on the little shrine things where you throw money into little pots for good luck. XD It was awesome
This is in Asakusa, Tokyo. Can you tell I have a thing for shrines yet? Good, because I do. I love them to bits and I just wanted to go see all of them. I spent tons of money at them because... well I dunno why. I also got my yukata here in Asakusa, so it was a good day. ^_^
And us hanging out at a family restaurant. ^___^ just for shits and giggles.
There may or may not be more of these coming, but these are just some of the nice shots I picked out (save for the family restaurant one which was just hilarious). Hope you liked them.
