Greetings, citizens of the internet, it is I: Professor Icebat. You may remember me from a brief stint on dailybooth where I worked to answer your questions (of which few of you had any to offer). I am writing to you today in Jez's stead because she is too busy elsewhere to write a blog. She may give the excuse that she is editing, for her deadline is a mere fifteen days away, but I am fairly certain that she has spent a large majority of her time as of late watching Torchwood. I believe this is, in part, to do with her "secret agent,"
purewanderlust being in Mexico on holiday with her family. I do wonder if Jez realizes that Casye will eventually return to the Land of Wifi and that if Jez is not complete with her manuscript she will, in fact, be thrown into a black hole. My, that doesn't sound pleasant at all!
The topic I have been instructed to write about is a submission for Stuffed Animal Week and I am supposed to speak about myself and my companions. Quite honestly, I'm not sure I even qualify as an animal, but I suppose that in a way I am still a bat, albeit an UglyDoll. I am one of many creatures that inhabit Jez's house, but one of the few that is not orange and covered in stripes. I suspect the family tree that Tigger searched for in his movie resides in that basement bedroom. Also in this underground sanctuary there lives a bear, who, to the extent of my knowledge, is named simply "Bear." You may expect that bears be terrifying but this particular bear is an exception to that rule and is a very kind and soft-spoken fellow. I like him very much. To round off the group--and it is a very large crowd, I must say--are Mr. Fish and Sir Fishington who are quite different. Mr. Fish stays with me and one of the Tiggers on the bed and is a very cheerful chap, while Sir Fishington stays downstairs and has a habit of bragging about himself, as his name might suggest, though I must admit he is rather clever at times.
I believe this post is sufficiently long enough now, so I will leave you there and will any luck Jez will have finished all of Torchwood be back again next week.
Tra la,
Professor Icebat
