01/19: first blog
because...
This was 5 minutes before I left for the gym today. I'm a little excited. =D

It’s quite cruel that on my first day posting on Nerdsome Bloggers, I happened to be busy beyond belief.
Speaking of cruel, I also think that it’s cruel that none of your birthdays fall on a Monday this year. I absolutely love other people’s birthdays even more than I love my own. I go kind of nuts about them, so I’m more than a little disappointed that I don’t get to be the one to post on any of your birthdays. Hilary’s falls on a Tuesday, Toni’s falls on a Friday, Jenny’s is a Thursday, and Jez’s is a Friday. I don’t even get my own birthday, it’s on a Wednesday this year.
Sorry this blog is so late in the day. For Jenny, it’s already Tuesday. I would have liked to have put it up earlier, but I didn’t have much free time today. We got back from dinner (we had Chinese food, it was incredible!) and as soon as I started to write this, my dad asked to check his email. I ended up just sitting here watching him until he got up. He didn’t get the hint too quickly, but I shouldn’t have been surprised. Today, I cut 8 inches off of my hair and he didn’t notice.
With these few things said, I appear to have run out of things to say. I could babble on about my day. I could babble on about what I did last night. Last night was actually very entertaining. I spent the night at a friend’s house. We played a continuous, 3 hour game of Apples to Apples, which happens to be the best board game ever invented, and he made me watch Desperate Housewives. But most epically: we watched Dr Horrible’s Sing Along Blog! Until last night, I was the only one of us not to have seen Dr Horrible. I will never again do laundry without singing as I do.
…I’m actually playing the Laundry Day song in the background as I type. Okay, never mind, I was ordered to stop playing it.
