Happy August, girls! And furthermore, happy Tuesday!
Seems Gaby forgot to post yesterday, so you know the drill, leave punishment suggestions in the comments. We all kind of suck this summer, huh? Sorry about that.
My week has been pretty boring, honestly. I've spent pretty much all of my waking hours outside of work watching Veronica Mars. I started the third season today and I really love this series. It's like all the best parts of Castle and Grey's Anatomy set in high school with Kristen Bell, the most adorable actress ever. So, yeah, I'm totally addicted. What I like about this show is how fleshed out the characters are and how the writers don't really hold back much. That's how I feel it's like Grey's (aside from the romance of course), because they're not afraid to kill off a great character or completely turn you on your head. And I like that not all the crimes are solved within the episode. The bigger ones take the whole season to solve, essentially a year or at least a school year. It's more realistic and keeps you involved.
Other than that I've just been a bump on a log. Tonight I finally spent some time exercising because I had to do something. I'm getting weak over the summer! I'm also sleepy a lot, usually from too much sleep. I think I liked it better when I was in school and busy and on a set schedule all the time. At the same time, while I crave that tight schedule, I'm looking forward to graduating this year. I'm ready to be done. I want a full-time job, though I have absolutely no idea where that will be. I love school, I do, but it can get really tiresome as well.
This weekend I'm visiting Casye & Karina to celebrate my birthday! My mom has informed me that we're celebrating my birthday tomorrow, before I leave for Missouri, my sister leaves for Wisconsin, and she leaves for South Carolina. We're all going to be all over the place this weekend.
