What has two thumbs and forgot today was Thursday?

Also, do you know what came out today? AVPS ! I've yet to see it, but Joe and I are probably going to watch it as soon as I finish writting this post. I can't wait because I'm sure it's going to be brilliant. So if you've been paying attention to my twitter at all then you'll know that I have just 10 more days until I go visit Joe again and only 9 more days of work left! I'm so excited for both! You know what annoys/amuses? How shocked my co-workers tend to be when they find out how long I've been with Joe. (10 months on the 24th yay!) Even true-love-conquers-all types are like,"except an 8 hour driving distances that's just crazy sauce." Meh, anyway, I'll be there on the 1st of august and then on the 2nd Joe is recording a podcast for Southern Scifi. It's going to be on British television and I'm going to be helping. So Yeah, that's exciting, I'll link you guys up when it comes out.
Speaking of Doctor Who Joe and I have been making our way through the first season ( FINALLY!). I'd forgotten how much I love the 9th doctor, although I must say most of the stories kind of suck. That's why when everyone goes on about how they would have loved to have seen a Moff run 10th doctor season I would much rather have seen a 9th doctor Moff run season. After all The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances are by far my favorite 9 stories. I also couldn't help but notice how, erm...not incredibly bright Season One Rose is. I mean:
1. She doesn't even recognize that Mickey is plastic.
2. In Fathers day she does the one thing The Doctor tells her not to do....twice.
3.In Empty child she grabs onto a random rope that is hanging from the sky.
