(no subject)
does anyone know why sometimes when i look at iTunes, all the letters get all jumbled for all of the songs? i want to blame it on there being too many windows open, or me not turning my computer off often enough. oh well.
so far, if i beef it up, i've done five or six hours of service learning with schul. that's over the course of two different days. so i have a lot of lying to do between today and tomorrow, because i have to mail all that in by June 1st, and i need to say i've done at least 15 hours. isn't that great?
schul's baby: 10 lbs 4 oz, 22 in long, named Derek Christopher. what a fucking huge baby. and good for them, having a boy. if anyone needs to have a (not so) little baby boy, it's schul.
rapping with andrew was pretty cool, although i forgot my lines two or three times, and it was for mostly a bunch of fourteen and fifteen year olds. so those two cancel each other out, and now i have some experience on a mic in front of people i don't know.
down the shore was fun for a night. not very much traffic both ways, so that was nice. water wasn't as nipply as i expected it to be, so i did some skim boarding for the first time EVER! oh man am i so good. pretty drunk by about 8 or 9, then cut it off and hydrated myself from then until five o clock in the morning. impressive, indeed. set myself up with a pretty good looking bed, if i do say so myself. some people felt bad, i think, when they saw i was halfway underneath a table. but that was actually nice, because i don't think the lights got turned off all night, so it was dark enough to rest for a few hours.
i'm not growing up, i'm just burning out. and i stepped in line to walk amongst the living dead.
