My puppy is dying :(
Well, she's not really a puppy. And she's not really mine.
Let me start again.
The very old, very big husky belonging to my roommate is scheduled to be put down tomorrow.
She took a fall on Saturday, and had to be taken to the vet because she couldn't stand up on her own and had lost pretty much all control of her bowels. She's already outlived the expectations for her breed - some ridiculously large fraction of wolf - by about three years, and there was nothing really wrong with her except her arthritis. She's just old.
So the vet is coming tomorrow at 9:30 to put her to sleep. I have a paper due (OK, overdue), but I really want to stay.
In other news, I'm freaking frustrated. I found an ad yesterday for a small suite - I believe I mentioned it already. I got an email back today that it had been rented out. What the crap? It was on the market for a day. FUCK college towns.
