Nate has a problem; he's dating Blair and using Veronica as his lover. However, Veronica doesn't have the courage to tell Nate that she is pregnant and he is the father. Blair begins to fall out of love with Nate and breaks up with him as a result of it. Now that he is single, Nate chases after Veronica in an attempt to get closer to her. Unfortunately, after witnessing Blair and Nate together again at a party, Veronica's obsession with Nate becomes agitated and reveals her erotomania.
One week earlier at a masquerade ball, Nate mistaked Veronica for his real lover allowing for her obsession to take off. The only way to secure Nate for herself, in her eyes, is to kill Blair and start over. But how will Nate react when Veronica shows up and informs him that Blair is dead and he is all hers?
