Notes: Main titles for if RT got his way and the fourth season of VM had her working for the FBI. Although I was saddened about the canceling of Veronica Mars after its third season, my mind immediately began to think about what the fourth season of Veronica Mars would have been like. I loved Rob Thomas's idea about jumping forward into the future, where Veronica worked at the FBI. I decided, when making these credits, I would attempt to rectify certain things that bug me about the show:
-A strong, female role model for Veronica
-A girl friend for Veronica who is her equal, or better, in the field of detective work
-A cute boy who is not totally heads over heals in love with Veronica
-A serious and dedicated relationship between Logan and Veronica
It has been three years since the end of the third season of "Veronica Mars". Keith lost the election, but is now the new criminology professor at Hearst, in addition to his PI duties. Wallace spent a year in Africa, finished up his schooling, and is now working for a refugee organization in DC. Mac was hired by an up and coming independent Manhattan movie company to do tech work. Weevil has taken over and expanded his uncle's car repair shop. Dick completed rehab and is now an English teacher at Neptune High. Piz runs his own music club in Portland. Parker is getting her masters in psychology at Oxford.
Veronica was hired by the FBI right of out college and moved to LA with Logan, who is attending law school their. They started dating again their senior year in college. Veronica works in a division of the FBI that uses its most youthful agents to combat crime in high schools and colleges in the LA area. The head of this group is a nationally renowned crime fighter, played by Jennifer Garner. The other two main members of their group are a talented young man and woman, played by Ben Mackenzie and Allison Mack.
