MOD POST: May Monthly Theme!
Okay, time for a new theme! If you started a video for the previous theme and don't want to lose all that work, feel free to post that video too!
I really, really hope to see some amazing stuff with this theme.
So, since May is the month of renewal or cancellation, we are going to take a page from the Walk the Line script. If you were cancelled lying in a ditch with only one episode left enough left to play one song make one video, what video would it be?
Okay, now we don't want you to tape yourself singing, but we do want you to choose a song that is the epitome of what Veronica Mars means to you. This is the ultimate Veronica Mars video. Double bonus points if you use a Johnny Cash song.
As always, please remember to post the Band and Song Name in your subject lines. That makes it so much easier when putting posts in the memories and creating the summaries. Thanks!
RULES:
++ Song + clip choices should accentuate what Veronica Mars is to you
++ EXPLAIN what about the song makes it THE song for you
++ Clips can be from any season, only a few episodes, ANYTHING, as long as the theme is OBVIOUS
++ Johnny Cash songs are encouraged ;-)
++ Ideas? Storyboard your ideas first; pick out 3 or 4 words that summarize Veronica Mars for you and then search out the song; stay away from relationship videos and focus on an emotion, a style or technique you haven't used before
