( for a while all you see is a young woman looking down at the dreamberry. not that it's not a lovely sight- she's a very pretty young woman!- but it's a little boring. hungary found herself somewhere strange with a weird thing, and so decided to sit down and figure the dreamberry out; she's currently exploring the menus and reading things and so

[Belgium didn't notice her Dreamberry right away. When she finally did, she froze. Was that Hungary? She was certain she was hearing things. She hadn't spoken to Hungary in a long time, but she noticed she had finally disappeared after sometime. The hurt wasn't as bad since they hadn't spoken for months anyways. Still, losing her best friend wasn't really something she wanted. She was still wishing that Spain and Romano would come back, but that wasn't happening, clearly. She went to check her Dreamberry.]

[It really was her! She felt so happy just knowing that Hungary was back. She really wanted to patch things up. Maybe she could do it this time. She was about to speak, but she noticed how badly she looked. Whatever happiness she felt was drowned by sadness and worry.]

[She wasn't sure what to say, but she finally found the words to at least so something, due to her surprise. She noticed the Russia rant, but for now, she was more concerned about her well-being.]

Huh? - Bel? ( she hadn't really expected… well, to find any nation here. but especially not belgium, so far removed from the iron curtain and that mess. )

[When Belgium first came, she didn't expect it either. But most of the nations jumped to speak to her right away, so she knew about most of them pretty early.]
