So everyone has favorites "for now" and favorites "forever." Answer these questions with both answers, if you have separate answers, and be sure to say why.
Favorite drink (nonalcohol):
Forever: Mountain Dew.
For now: Slowly melting frozen Nalgenes. Why? Well, because.
Favorite drink (alcohol):
Forever: Mudslide milkshakes. Mix 1 quart of softened ice cream, 2 cups of milk, 5 shots of Bailey's, 5 shots of chocolate liquour (Kaluha or Godiva are both excellent), and any other flavorings you have that would be appropriate (caramel, butterscotch, cherry, or alcohol equivalents). Serve in pint glasses. WARNING - contains a lot more alcohol by volume that it tastes like.
For now: Money is too tight to be drinking, unfortunately.
Favorite food:
Forever: My mom's meat loaf. Sure, I can make it myself, but it's always been a birthday thing for me.
For now: Scratch drop biscuits.
Favorite comfort food:
Forever: Pizza. With lots of heart-attack-inducing toppings.
For now: Chinese takeout.
Favorite musical artist:
Forever: Nine Inch Nails.
For now: Milk, Inc., Paul van Dyk, Juno Reactor
Favorite flower:
Forever: Roses.
For now: Still roses, but I haven't given any or received any in far toon long.
Favorite place to visit:
Forever: Rocky Mountains.
For now: My pillow. No, seriously, money is tight.
Favorite place to go:
Forever: Asleep in the arms of a loved one. Cheesy, but... true.
For now: The library.

bav101), Scooter - One (Always Hardcore).
Favorite color:
Forever: Forest Green.
For now: Grey.

For now: The Artemis Fowl series (thanks to
seleene_paris for this one).
Favorite writer:
Forever: J.R.R. Tolkein. See previous answser.
For now: Eoin Colfer (again, see previous answer), John Ringo, James McPherson.
Five random things about yourself that you don't think will change:
My being affectionate and understanding. That's so deeply-rooted in my personality that I don't think I could change it, even if I wanted to (which I don't).
My appreciation for electronic music. The style just appeals to me - thumping bass, driving beats, melodic synths.. call it a personal weakness; I don't much care.
My love for cats. Do I really have to explain this?
My imagination and my love to expand it. Whether with role-playing games, creative writing, reading books, or even playing with Legos, I'm all about being imaginative.
My penchant for taking on too many projects at once.
Five random things about yourself that you do think will change:
My financial and emotional stress. At least, I hope it changes...
My being single.
My lack of a steady gaming group.
My one cat. I really want another one, but financial consideratons come first.
My lack of offspring. I'd like to have kids. I suppose it's strange for men to have biological clocks, but I really did enjoy being around my last girlfriend's daughter, and it really opened my eyes to the possibilites of having kinds of my own.
