Driving license
Right. I had to write, considering that something quite nice happened today. I got my driving license! Oh yes, I passed my examination and now I can legally drive whenever I want to (unless I'm pissed, of course, but that's another story, krhm). I felt nauseous in the morning, I was so anxious about it all. And while I was driving, I thought I was doing pretty poorly - even though the examiner was a nice sort of person, I still felt like my head was going to get from the axe soon. We drove for some time and then came back, and my jumper was soaking wet of sweat and my eyes were stinging of having used them so much, and I looked at him, waiting for my doom.
Well, it didn't come. He said that he didn't have anything to complain about. The only thing I could practise is using a bigger gear earlier when joining a highway, but either than that, he said he was very pleased. I even got three special 'good' marks on certain areas of driving. :) So yes, I have joined the drivers now. 'Be afraid,' I suppose is said on these occasions. :p
I started driving school at the same time with two of my friends. The other one got her license yesterday (what a coincidence that we all had our examinations almost at the same time!) and the other one had her examination today at the exact same time than I did. She didn't pass. She's going on holiday for two weeks now and she was really disappointed. I feel bad for her - it would've been nice if she could've driven on her holiday, and now her next examination is in August! That's a long time to wait, and to have to sort of start all over again.
But yep, life sucks sometimes. It didn't suck for me this morning, so I'm glad. :) This evening (and the one after that, and the one after that) I'll be at work, so I can't drive much yet. But still - wow! :D
