Lazy Saturday
I woke up at 10 again. It's going to be really difficult to return to work on Monday. No worries, I go on mat leave in another what- four months? Not that this will provide much time to sleep.
I think I'm finally through most of the pregnancy rough patches. I can actually sleep now (albeit not very comfortably), but I'm sleeping at least 4-6 hours a night now. The nausea has subsided as has the very wicked heartburn. Even the carpal tunnel is tolerable most nights.
I think, more than the sleeping in, I will seriously miss taking time to wake up with Eric. We stayed in bed from 10 til 1:30. Either talking, listening to music, him talking to Peanut, playing with the dogs etc. More than that, I feel very blessed because I think I'm seriously going to have a happy baby. Despite the pain, I haven't been a moody pregnant woman (yet lol), and i'm usually laughing now- especially if Eric is around doing something goofy (this morning he started singing me this song he called "Fillet-o-fish" from the 60s. Except the only problem is that he really isn't sure what the words really are, just that it sounds like "Fillet-o-fish". Odd.
Today, I'm going to have to work on a paper due soon, start a new class Wednesday (so start reviewing that), and maybe do some paper work.
So far for baby names, for girls I've settled on Amoret, Emory and Rose. For boys, I am a fan of Spencer or Jacob. I know, Jacob- I would rather not have anything biblical, but I really do like that name.
We're going out shopping for food.
