I haven’t posted in a long time. Haven’t written anything -noteworthy or otherwise- in forever. And I’ve got to stop that. There are so many excuses I indulge myself with. I need to spend time with the honeybunch, I’ve been too busy with work, I’m tired, I’ll just play the Sims for a little while… Or so I tell myself.
There are going to be some changes, dammit. I’ve already tweaked the old lj layout and I am going to get back in the habit of writing. Random babbling, pic posting, accounts of my day, something, anything.

Maya, whom I’ve never met or even spoken to, is the stuff of legends. She’s clever, she’s funny, she’s the best writer ever. Hundreds -nay, thousands- of people read her live journal and worship her H/D slash skillz. I’d kill for the chance to lick her saucy Irish boots.
Mayzie, whom I’ve known since middle school but haven’t talked to in years, is hilarious, sarcastic and painfully candid in her live journal entries. When we were eleven, she flung chocolate pudding on the white shirt of this bitch of a girl and I secretly idolized her for that alone. Now she leads this drunken debauched lifestyle that utterly fascinates me. Also, even in her worst photos, she is the hottness with her own style and anti-high fashion form.
I can only hope to be as cool. But dammit, I’m going to try!
