riiight. i'm tired. and my muscles ache. why, you ask. well, here's my day yesterday:
biked to an INTENSE 2 hour soccer practice. like, ladder sprints, push ups, sit ups, lots of testing, etc. then i biked home, showered, changed, then biked back into town for lunch with susan. did the whole eye doctor thing (new glasses!) then realized i had forgotten some stuff i kind of needed, so i biked home and back, and got to soccer practice just in time for 2 hours of scrimmaging. then, my mom picked me up. so, my bike is currently residing in susan's garage, and i'll get it today. the end.
ok, so some of you fit types may say, "oh, that's not so bad." but me, i'm not in good shape at all. the only physical activity i did over the summer was a little biking, a bunch of hiking, and playing minisoccer with people in norway. not nearly enough to prepare me for ladder sprints at 8 in the morning.
