It is kinda pretty. I'm actually looking for a way to reproduce that without the condoms, but keeping the same texture and effect.

kinda hard to keep the same texture without using rubber and the only way you're going to get rubber to produce that effect is using condoms...lol or some other relatively see through balloon-like object ;)
