A Hufflepuffy corset.

Start with this base, given to me by my darling interbutt wife:
Sharpen it.
Create a new layer and flood it with a tan colour. I used #EFE8DA. Set it at multiply.
Create a new curves layer. Input at 192 and output at 143. Or whatever works best.
Create a new layer. Colour over the corset with a goldy colour.
Set that layer to colour burn.
Duplicate the layer and set the duplicate to overlay, and lower your opacity to 50%.
Duplicate your base, drag it to the top. Desaturate and set it to soft light.
Create a new layer, flood it with your tan colour and set it to multiply again.
Optional section.
Create another new layer and colour over the hair with your tan colour.
Set that layer to multiply.
Add a graussian blur to the layer set at 7px.
Create yet another new layer, select all and modify a border of 1px. Fill that border black.
