Unforunatley, I can't find it any where on the net, but if you are an Auzzie, go to your local newsagent and pay a buck and the 'The Australian' paper, and turn to page 4.  read the article in the top left corner called "No-exam Year 12 'inferior'  god it got me so irate!!!! the federal goverment and the NSW goverment are so pompus!!!!!! they think
