Something I notice about The Simpsons
I've recently bought myself Seasons 5-7 of the Simpsons DVD (with more on the way in the near future, hopefully) since I have money now. Any who, it just got me to realize that the show was a lot more clever then I remembered.
I especially love Season 6 and it's frequent uses of unpredictability. It's no surprise now since everyone and their mother have seen the episodes, but man, that IS some clever work there. And truly, it was very much it's own kind at that point in time before Family Guy "copied" it.
