It always could be worst

So today I succeeded in getting my 80 gig PS3, its fantastic but have to hunt down some over priced HDMI cables for the new 25+ Wide screen HD-TV chris got (not the best but for 200 dollars its a freakin 1080p HDTV). I picked up Folklore and will probably grab Assassins Creed or Armored Core 3 (soft spot for mecha games).

I've been depressed lately, but like I said in the title it could be worst. I read a guys journal today and I can tell he is telling the truth which makes it all the worst. What it comes down to is a feud with another family has caused him to have two warrents in two counties in which is has to pay the bail bonds for. He's lost his job, his last two girl friends, his home, and his car and can't get new jobs because he has an impending criminal trial comming up even though the girl signed a sworn testimony that he didn't do anything. The girl was then shipped off by her family for mouths to a relatives house on the east coast where mounths later she delivered a statement over the phone stating other wise. The end result is that there is no evidence at all from witnesses to biological that anything happened and it is her word against his and it is her family pushing the criminal charges. his only hope is that after she turns 18 she recants her statement.

Basically this story sucks and I feel for him, all and all it makes being stuck in LSU 1000+ miles away from your fiance look like childes play, my stress level isn't nearly as high as his right now. I hope good fortune eventually shines down on him as he is actually a good guy.
