Prospect
So we went out last night to backyard burger, I found it decent but overpriced and chris religously defended his scrumpchous burger as if it could hear me insulting its honor. But we got on the subject of mecha games, and how we wish there was a decent mech game and that one would come out on something besides the xBox. don't get me wrong Armored Core is a great game but it only has one aspect of mech games I really want, and that is the construction and customization. Mechwarrior is great but the only customization is pretty much fixed. We discussed, I guess it may just be a male thing, that we enjoy tweeking and is one reason why we enjoy a technical game like eve so much. This make since because I never much liked racing games until they started having the car customization such as new engines and the ability adjust the stats by tuneing the parts. In the end this was also my biggest reason for sticking with Xenogears so long to get the full storyline which turned out to be absolutly fantastic, and for you Evangelin fans out there that anime sucked monkey balls and has nothing to do with xenogears you rabid bunch of joykills you can't judge a storeline on psychology alone. Anyway its started to bring me back to a good game idea I had had. An oblivion style open world, with cities skattered around, a main character with a mech and a nice oblvion style rpg system with on foot and mech combat.
