Today I ate Special K Red Berries with whole milk for breakfast (with a banana sliced up on top
and some hello kitty strawberry yogurt covered puffed rice balls from mitsuwa
and a tin of wild caught sardines in olive oil
and some wheat thins
and a cup of Republic of Tea, Safari Sunset Rooibos tea
and three pieces of quiche, with broccoli, spinach, feta, and grated yam
and three pieces of toast
with butter
yum.
