In an effort to improve the quality of my sleep I've been trying melatonin at night. When I first began a few months ago I didn't notice any improvement at all, and stopped when I ran out. I tried again recently, still nothing, until I decided to double the dose. Two nights in a row, sound sleep and VIVID, weird dreams. I've dropped back down to the single dose and am still sleeping well, with standard dreams.
