Last week I watched men and black with a bunch of the guys and I remember at the end of the movie they commented on how Dennis Rodman was an alien and we were all like...Rodman...man it's been so long since we've heard that name. I went home and asked my sister if she knew who he was and she said she had no clue. Talk about a gap in generations.

Tonight we were hanging out again and the guys started talking about the show "Hey Dude" and at one point someone started singing a theme from one of those old nickelodeon shows: "Camp Anawanna, we hold you in our hearts. And when we think about you (it makes me wanna fart!)"
and instantly it brought back memories. It's apparently from the show "Salute your shorts" which I later looked up on youtube and was like oooooh, I remember that show.

Jeez, TV was such a nominal part of my childhood, and yet, I've basically missed the entirety of shows broadcasted throughout this entire decade after they all started sucking and I stopped watching forever

I miss the old nickelodeon shows. ...but man, they were so 80s
