I was about to head out the door last night for my Hip-Hop class when I got this major headache... and since I barely finished my dinner at 9:30 (class starts at 9:30 and ends at 10:30), I ended up going back upstairs to take some painkillers and eat more food instead. what a wonderful replacement for my weekly exercise.
