(I can’t write (or read) smut btw, so don’t expect it, but there will be implied… a lot of things XD)

Donghae bowed politely as he entered another lecture hall with students, trying not to hiss in pain as Hyukjae’s nails dug deeper into his arm, his face so pale it was almost white.
“Donghae…” the blond whispered. Donghae gritted his teeth; he needed it now.
Spying another door a few metres ahead, Donghae pulled the older along and opened the door. As soon as he noticed the brooms, he shoved Hyukjae into the closet as he glanced behind him. He followed once he was satisfied no one was watching.
Donghae only had time to shut the door closed before the blond was against him, lips insistent and hands in his hair.
“Hyukjae,” Donghae breathed asHyukjae’s lips moved to his jaw, “we can’t do it here - ” his breath hitched as the blond grabbed his belt, yanking him closer.
“But I need...” Hyukjae breathed against his neck, pushing the younger harder against the door.
Oh. I guess I should just let him, Donghae’s mind thought, hazy, as he let Hyukjae fulfil his need.

“For fuck’s sake, answer your goddamn phone!” Sungmin hissed as he reached the message bank for the third time. He stumbled, almost falling over an uneven part of the path as he sprinted towards the other side of the school, where the basketball courts were.
Amber, his mind reminded him and he pushed himself to run faster, raising his arm to call again. Don’t do anything stupid.

Shit, he’s fast, Henry thought as he stopped to catch his breath, leaning on his knees as he took large gulps of air. He looked up in time to see Sungmin disappear around another corner.
He groaned before straightening and running after him.

Amber faulted and swerved to hit Key instead, but the curly-haired blond was quick, dodging it at the last second. Amber swore as Jonghyun’s knee connected with her stomach. She jumped back, winded.
“What’s up, Amber? Your fighting has gotten worse lately,” Jonghyun smirked as Amber winced at the pain in her stomach.
The edges of her mouth twitched upwards. “I’m still better than you, Dino,” she wheezed, pushing off. She dodged his kick to tackle him to the ground. Jonghyun cursed as he fell back, his shoulders hitting the ground and his elbows grazing against the asphalt.
Amber rolled off him with the momentum from her tackle, turning to face Key, immediately sending a kick flying towards his head. His arms rose to block the attack, but with the force from her full body weight, the kick sent Key staggering as his defence fell through.
She had just regained her balance when Jonghyun kicked her in the back. Amber tried to roll as she fell forward, but her head to hit the asphalt first and, as she rose to her knees, she felt a wave of nausea flow over her.
“Shit,” she muttered as she grabbed her head, one eye closed in dizzying pain. Amber pulled her hand away to see half her palm covered in dark red blood.
“Sulli’s going to kill me,” she muttered, as she rose to her feet again.
“Decided to get your hair dyed?” Key grinned and Amber narrowed her eyes.
“Fuck off, Key,” she snarled, running forward again. They were prepared for her, and Amber belatedly realised that, although she was better than both of them, there was two of them. Jonghyun grabbed her flying fist with one hand and used the other hand to grab her shoulder, Key grabbing the other shoulder, and Amber managed to let out a yell as they pushed her to the ground.
She felt a sharp, intense pain in her head as she hit the asphalt, before she blacked out.

When Hyukjae had finally calmed down, Donghae stirred as he felt the vibration of the phone in the back pocket of his jeans.
Rolling a little so that he could pull out the small device, Donghae answered it rather sleepily.
“Hello?”
“Fucking hell, Aiden, answer your phone earlier!”
Donghae blinked. “Bunny?”
“Argh! Whatever! Where the hell are you? Come to the university basketball courts. Amber’s in a fight. I think Dino’s team got to our target first and Amber noticed,” Sungmin’s voice hastily explained.
“What?!” Donghae cried, sitting up straight, making Hyukjae roll off his chest, but the blond continued to sleep.
“You heard me! Now get your ass out here!” Sungmin yelled into the phone before he hung up.
“Shit!” Donghae hissed, pulling his shirt back on and shaking Hyukjae awake. What the hell did you get yourself into, Amber?

Sungmin rounded the corner to hear Amber yell and then fall to the ground.
He ran forward as he saw her head roll to the side, unconscious, one side of her face covered in dark red blood that seeped from a cut on her forehead.
Sungmin’s kick hit Key in the shoulder, sending the blond to the ground, before he turned, kicking Jonghyun in the stomach, the latter staggering a couple of steps before falling to the ground. Sungmin whirled around to see their target, Minho, who had been standing beside Taemin, take a determined step in front of the younger, a small but clear sign of protection.
Sungmin narrowed his eyes. So Amber hadn’t managed to stop them.
“I should have known you’d come, Bunny,” Jonghyun said as he spat out blood, a cocky grin on his lips. Key swore from behind him, wincing as he sat up, one hand on his shoulder.
“I should have known you’re still bitter, Dino,” Sungmin answered, eyes glowering. It was no secret that he and Amber were close and that Jonghyun held a bitter resentment for all of them.
Jonghyun smirked. “I don’t think bitter is the right word, hyung,” he emphasised the term, breaking into a grin as anger boiled in Sungmin’s eyes.
“Hyung!”
Sungmin whirled to see Henry stumbling, looking like he was about to collapse after running. The young music student stopped to catch his breath at the edge of the court, totally unaware of the tense, oppressive atmosphere he had just interrupted.
“Get out of here,” Sungmin growled through gritted teeth. Henry didn’t need to see this kind of violence; he lived in a pristine, innocent world.
Henry raised his head, surprised, but didn’t manage to say anything before Donghae arrived, a blond, lanky young man behind him.
Jonghyun cursed while Key stood up, still holding his shoulder.
“Jonghyun…” Donghae breathed, his eyes softening a little. Then he saw Amber’s still figure on the court. He took in her pale face and the blood seeping onto the asphalt.
“You heartless bastard,” Donghae moved forward, teeth gritted in anger, but Sungmin held him back, his expression dark as he tried to control his own anger.
Jonghyun’s face was blank as he, Key and Minho stepped towards them. Even Taemin, the young, mild, gentle boy, took a hesitant step forward. Donghae glared; it was clear whose side Minho stood on.
Sungmin glanced behind him where the blond and Henry stood, staring at the whole scene, wide-eyed.
“Henry, get Amber out of here,” Sungmin said as he and Donghae faced off the younger four.
“W-What?” Henry managed, snapping out of his fearful fascination.
“Get her out of here,” Sungmin said, his anger, and fear for the young girl, about to boil over and explode.
“Eunhyuk, go with him,” Donghae whispered and the blond, at first surprised, nodded.
Henry eventually nodded, moving towards Amber. Hyukjae pulled off his outer shirt to wrap it around Amber’s head in an attempt to stop the flow of blood. Then, with the help of the blond, Henry hoisted the unconscious young girl onto his back before hurrying off the campus.
Sungmin breathed a small sigh of relief once Henry’s figure disappeared around the corner, but as he turned to face his opponents, the anger returned.
Jonghyun pursed his lips, very much aware of the fight ahead of him. Sungmin was a martial arts expert and Donghae was the best fighter in the gang.
“You’re in for a hard fight,” Sungmin murmured, moving into the fighting position.

Henry stopped at the intersection, pausing to pull Amber higher up his back.
“Are you okay?” Henry turned to see the blond looking at him worriedly, inclining his head slightly towards Amber, and Henry understood.
“No, it’s okay, I got her,” he answered, shifting her again. “I just have to think where the nearest hospital is…”
The two stood in silence at the intersection for a moment, considering.
“No… hospital,”
Henry turned as much as he could as the girl on his back stirred.
“What?”
“Not… going to… a hospital,” Amber mumbled, already drifting back to unconsciousness.
The blond looked at him, gulping nervously. “I - I think she doesn’t want you to take her to a hospital,”
No duh, Henry’s mind supplied and he grimaced. She really should have someone look at her. If not a hospital then…
Hyukjae could have sworn a light bulb appeared the music student’s head.
“I know where we can go,” Henry said, shifting Amber’s weight one more time before heading off in one direction, Hyukjae following nervously.

Ryeowook hummed as he mixed flour into the metal bowl in his hands. The dorm kitchen was a mess, but dinner was in an hour, so there weren’t any students creating ghastly concoctions in an attempt to satisfy their hunger.
He had just put the cookies in the oven to bake and set the time when he felt a pair of arms wrap around his middle. Ryeowook yelped, trying not to jump out of his skin in fright.
He turned to meet a pair of dark, mesmerising eyes and he breathed out a sigh of relief.
“You scared me, hyung,” Ryeowook sighed, leaning back into the comfort of the older. Jongwoon chuckled, holding the red head close.
“What are you cooking this time, Ryeowook?” Jongwoon asked, staring at the oven curiously while Ryeowook played with his fingers.
“Choc-chip cookies,” Ryeowook replied, smiling.
“You’ll have to feed me,” Jongwoon said, turning Ryeowook around in his arms.
“Sure,” the younger replied, leaning in for a kiss, but they were interrupted by a frantic pounding on the front door of the dorm.
They looked at each other, blushing a little, before moving out of the kitchen to see who was at the door.
“Henry, did you forget your keycard again?” Ryeowook scowled as he opened the door, but then he noticed the girl on Henry’s back and the lanky blond male behind him.
“Henry…?” the red head murmured as Henry pushed past him, the blond following hesitantly, bowing quickly to them.
Henry took the girl to the room he shared with Ryeowook, lowering her gently onto his bed. The blond man, Ryeowook and Jongwoon appeared in the room moments later, closing the door behind them.
“Henry, what’s going on?” Jongwoon said, eyeing the girl on the bed. He could see the blood and the bruises and he had a bad feeling that she was going to bring trouble, not only to Henry, but probably also Ryeowook and even himself.
“Hyung, I’ll explain in a minute, but she’s got a really bad head wound. We need to help her,” Henry said. “And we can’t take her to the hospital,” he quickly added. Ryeowook and Jongwoon turned to each other, weighing up their options, before Ryeowook sighed and left the room.
Jongwoon moved forward, glancing at the other two before delicately removing the shirt that was wrapped around her head.
There was a deep cut on her forehead, the blood that ran down her face already drying up. As he pulled the shirt away, the girl stirred, pain crossing her face. Jongwoon frowned. Gently, he lifted up her head and felt the bump that was forming at the back of her head. That’s probably what knocked her out, he thought sourly.
Ryeowook returned with a medical kit and a small dish filled with water, a small face cloth slowly sinking to the bottom. The younger gently wiped away the blood on her face, before apply antiseptic and covering her cut with a large band-aid.
“She’s got a bump at the back,” Jongwoon murmured and Ryeowook nodded, pulling out bandages and wrapping them around the girl’s head.
“It’s by no means professional, but it should at least help,” Ryeowook finally said as he stood up. The dish of water in his hand was tinged red. Henry breathed a heavy sigh of relief.
“Thanks so much, hyung,” Henry said. Ryeowook just nodded.
“I’ll go put these away, and then you’re going to explain everything,” Ryeowook said, serious, before disappearing out the door.
Henry bit his lip as Jongwoon sat silently on Ryeowook’s bed. The blond had been standing in the corner, so still and quiet they had almost forgotten his presence.
Henry turned to him him. “What’s your name?” he asked quietly and the blond almost jumped.
He blinked, staring at the younger music student for a moment before answering. “Eunhyuk,” he whispered.
Henry glanced at Jongwoon, but the singer was looking at the blond, eyes unblinking.
Henry turned back to him. “That’s not your real name, is it?” he asked and Hyukjae flinched before slowly shaking his head. Henry just gave him a small, sad smile.
Ryeowook returned. He leaned against the opposite wall, arms crossed and a frown on his face.
“Alright Henry, we’ve treated your patient, now we want an explanation,” he said sternly. Henry turned to Hyukjae, biting his lip.
How was he going to explain this mess?
A/N: bleh, it’s done. I haven’t been sleeping well lately, so sorry if there’s some inaccuracies even after my proof-reading.
Hope you enjoy anyway :)
