made brownies last night. sugar free, wheat free, low fat.

this is the key to my health i think. had at least three good hours before bed once my blood sugar came down. the new diabetic, gluten intolerant miracle diet - chocolate at every meal. see how it goes. i just know things seem to have improved.

the turn for the worse in my health definitly coincided with when the last batch ran out.

i'll take it from whever it comes, and if it comes in the form of chocolate - i am not so stupid that i'm going to resist.
