1 lb. of Beef Tips (marinated overnight)
2 lb. of Boneless Chicken Breast (marinated overnight)
1 lb. of Shrimp (marinated for about 1 hour)
3 Zuccini Squash
1 1/2 lb. of Fresh Broccoli
1 can of Carrots ( I use canned cuz they're softer and will cook faster)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 of an onion ( I'm fortunate enough to have a local sweet onion that is great for stir fry)
1 jar of sliced mushrooms
Basically all I did was cook each meat first and set it aside. Then I stir fried each veggie individually in olive oil. Finally I put all the veggies together then added in each meat. I'm about to eat it over steamed brown rice. I just wanted to jot this down somewhere before I forget. Oh and the marinated I used was A1 Seafood Marinade Ginger Teriyaki w/ Orange. I think it'll be good but I'm about to find out for sure.
