I just got bitched by my DSL modem...
My modem has been out since last friday (any posts between last friday and right now were done at work) sometime in the afternoon. A tech came out Saturday and resolved an issue with my phone line but my DSL was still out. Another tech came by monday around 2pm (even though I asked for them not to come til after 3:30) and checked around the outside. No DSL still. I call them monday night and they tel that someone will be around tuesday after 3:00. No one ever showed up. I call them today and appearantly there wasn't even a work order to come out to my house on tuesday. Damn the operator I spoke to monday night. Well its a good thing no one did come out. All I had to do was unhook the filter that I had been using on my phone line. I didnt think of it cuz I acutally needed to use it when I first installed the modem. Well now I know I don't it and I'm back online bitches!!!
