Yahooo break
well now this is day 4 of my small mini vacation.
Day 1. i went and saw The new kumar movie with a friend larry that i play DND with.. BAD MOVIE. but good ending if that makes any sense... the main villain was beyond stupid... and was a government official. so.. yeah.. but it was fun. After the movie i went to another dentist for a consultation about my teeth... they said that yup, i was gona need all that work... so suckage.
The highlight of the night was the trip to the house of blue's with katie, travis, and Bethany for the Disturbed concert! I reeeaaally needed that. The concert blew my expectations out of the water. There were three bands that played that evening. of them only one, i can say was something i would not want to see. Five fingered death punch. a death metal band (or just say lots and lots of screaming). I could have lived with out that. But the opening band As i lay dieing. was good. (spelling) Disturbed was every bit as good as i expected, and then some. the energy there was absolutely wonderful.
After that we all went back to my house and planned on watching 310 to Yuma. a good flick from all ive heard. However due to complications it was cut short and i had to take travis' girlfriend home (since im the only one with a driveable vehicle).
Day 2. The day is very straight forward. I got together with kate, her brother, Travis, and Larry. Four of the five all played DND till 2am. Since we have not played DND in over 6 weeks ( or so it seems like.) The day was great. Kate and my parents watched P.S. I love you, a romatic comidy. The rest of us just played. We started all new characters. I play a male drow wizard. Ryan, kate's brother, plays a sea/human race, that i cant remember the name of, druid. Travis played a very odd combination, a construct given flesh and soul. and a class from a new book. Travis died in the first run though.. and has since created a new character. X_X.
Day 3. Also sorta straight forward. I went down to vero beach to see my little sisters play, Gentleman prefure blonds. Bad play, but good acting. She did wonderfully though. After that i basicly hung out over there and talked for awhile. my dad and i also talked for awhile about many many things. He now has a above ground pool (very not wonderfully). tiled floors, central AC. and a great deal of newer things that the house never had before.
Day 4. spent the day with my mother!!! mothers day after all. of course driveing with all the smoke and brush fires was not the best thing. ... the insain heat with no ac... gah! anyway. the day with her was great. we went down to a bar and restaurant called "The Grills" or thats what they called it anyway. It is located right on the edge of a loading ramp, and the .. gah my memory is bad, a canal that held lots of large ships.. port i believe is the term (i really need to re-up on my reading/dictionary skills, its getting worse)
all in all it has been a great few days. with much happiness. ive still got 2 more days left, lets see what happens.
