Race for the Galaxy AI
Somebody on BGG has written an AI that plays Race for the Galaxy. Source and Windows binary here. Not sure why Rio Grande changed their mind and gave permission for this to be released, but on the other hand, can't complain :-) I can't make any comments on the strength of play, as I haven't tried it.
He also has a fairly good Blue Moon AI around somewhere. It did beat me like a drum the one time I tried it, but on the other hand I've played Blue Moon all of three times.
