1. What, if anything, do you miss about Bedford?

Mostly the familiarity - it will take me a while to learn my way around London. Anywhere except London, Id probably have to add the diversity (although it wasn't described as the Un-Melting Pot without good reason, although this situation has improved a lot).

2. Which is your favourite dance?

Argentine Tango - slow, sensual, a dance of principles rather than one of rules, and I like the music and atmosphere.

3. Who do you most admire?

Hard question, that. If you mean who is my role model, real or otherwise, I'd have to go for Aral Vorkosigan from Lois McMaster Bujold's superb Vorkosigan saga. If restricting to real life, most of the people I genuinely admire, I think "There but for the grace of ... there are times I hate being an agnostic". Certainly, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Ghandi, William Willberforce and Cardinal Mazarin are all high up on the list.

4. Why is the Penguin House so called?

Either because panzerpenguin lives there, or because of the sheer number of stuffed penguins his presence added to the house. I'm not quite sure.

5. Do you prefer Austen or Dickens?

Although in theory I should like Dickens, I just can't get on with him for some reason. Jane Auseten is a very good writer in a style I don't particularly like - but is good enough that I appreciate her work. I would therefore have to say Austen, almost by default.

Normal rules - comment if you want a set of questions (or feel free to post another set of five questions for me).
