Did she really deserve that?

I was really mean to someone today. I have to ask myself whether or not she really deserved it. I'm not really the type of person to be mean to someone that doesn't have it coming, and she was very rude, but were my actions justified? I wasn't the person she was rude to, even though she was rude to a friend of mine. Maybe I'll apologize to her tomorrow. Does she deserve an apology? Maybe. Maybe not.

That's one of the most depressing things I've ever heard. The most depressing part though is that it's about one of my best friends.
