I'm at work right now, hungover and nauseated. My boss split for an hour so i'm holding down the fort. Lost my phone AGAIN last night - second time since i've been here. Haven't found it yet. Not good. Tonight should be a fun though (even sans a phone). The first friday of every month a handful of the Dupont Circle galleries hold open houses for a couple hours, which means a number of things: DC art folk + free snacks + fake smile. Apparently it's also a social mixer - my boss was saying that people will wear little, red heart stickers to denote their single status (and desperation?). Kinda bizarre, but who knows, maybe i'll get lucky - it goes without saying though that i refuse to wear a sticker, that is unless its a cool sticker then maybe, MAYBE i'll acquiesce. Doesn't really matter though - i'm going to CHIPOTLE (dude, there are fucking chipotles everywhere in this city, i'm in heaven) beforehand so i figure at the very least i'll be full and happy. and with that....
