this weekend i went home b/c my parents wanted me to take off the wallpaper at our old house. Liz and Joe came over to help...thank goodness for them b/c i would never have gotten it done had it not been for them. with the 3 of us, it still took around 5 hours. wallpaper is the DEVIL and i will never put it in any house of mine.
i got to go to NBC saturday night with Mike to see the news live. what i thought was an interest in tv broadcasting has now turned into a desire. being a news anchor is the ONLY job that sounds appealing to me...the only one that EVER has. well, besides having my own show on Food Network where i get to travel and eat at different restaraunts. i think im going to try and get an internship after June when my lease is up at one of the news stations or something. mike is investigating for me. he said theres a position for an anchor at the station now, but i doubt i could jump right into that. nevertheless, im going to try. even if i have to go back to school. i think i really want to do this. i had a long talk with my stepdad last night and he thinks i would be perfect for it. thats encouraging...im actually excited!
i cant wait to go up to Ohio with Mike for Valentines Day!!
