So I worked today and it was a bitch. I swear I need to be control of the schedule. We (the branch) were short a few people. It was crazy. WTF was the other service manager thinking. >_< This is why people hate coming into the bank. I had 2 tellers open for 2 hours, 2 of the busiest of the day.....*vent
