hammer and a pipe

So today I finally got my car running after almost 4 months of fucking with bad parts from china, Taiwan, and Korea. The engine had blown up on the way into Daytona then valiantly limped in 100 miles to get me to school before breathing its last breath. After words it became obvious to me that the engine was shot and required a rebuild. Great I thought I built tons of vw engines no big deal. Now I love technology in some aspects and I like finding cheap parts online. The problem is you have no way of touching and inspecting a part online. Plus if something is really wrong you cant reach across the counter and beat the crap out of someone. The engine build was actually an ok speed considering I did it in my dorm room. The bitch was in two new components I bought for the vw. A 4-tip chrome gt exhaust system but the internal baffles were all fucked up and the engine couldn’t breath so I got a header and stinger pipe the engine can now breath and shot fire from its tail pipe. I love fire!! Getting the new exhaust was no fun either. It was off by ¼ of an inch I had to beat it with a pipe and hammer to get it to fit. In the processes I broke a cooling pipe. No biggy they cost 70 cents and can be bought at homedepot or an auto store. The other part that pissed me off was the carb it had a faulty jet and had to go back to the factory to be replaced. Those two crappy Asian built parts cost me a ton of lost time and money. Well you live and learn. Never buy stuff online. Never buy stuff from Taiwan or China.
