(no subject)
I was planning on having a party sometime around my birthday. My brother and sister will sleep over some friends houses, and my parents will stay upstairs most of the time.
The thing is, I don't want this to be a bad party. First of all, I want lots of people there. At least 30.
Secondly, I want it to be fun. As far as I am concerned, the most important part of a good party is having cool people there. That shouldn't be a problem. The second most important thing is having good music, which also won't be such a big problem. There will be music and dancing in my living room.
What would make it the ULTIMATE party, though? What things would help make a party awesome?
Dont say alcohol. Maybe there will be alcohol, maybe not. Maybe i will instate like a 4 shot limit. I dont know. I just dont want any of the problems associated with alcohol, and i dont want to get caught with it.
I realize that spontaneity is the most exciting thing ever, but you cant plan for that. I guess I will just have to hope that something good and spontaneous happens to keep things interesting.
Suggestions would be awesome.
In other news, Jimmy Cliff is performing in Somerville on Tuesday, March 22. This just happens to be the night of the orchestra concert at the ottoson. Too bad that concert sucks and I am not a big fan of the orchestra, because I will be missing Jimmy Cliff for that shit.
I have to think of an essential question for my english research paper, but I have NO CLUE what to do.
Also, today was Kirill's last day working at Johnny's Foodmaster. I went there, and met Farid, Shapiro, and Cory. We made it a very satisfactory ending for an epoch. Things are ending. It is a happy thought that soon we will be done with school, and that will be the greatest ending of all. I look forward eagerly to massive bonfires of schoolwork, to parties on the beach and sunny days that taste of... freedom.
