Alrighty then, it's time to train the new recruits!

BUT ALL THIS TRAINING IS MAKING GRELL NOSTALGIC. I feel a flashback coming on...
Meanwhile, ninety years ago, A-student Grell is less than pleased about working with B-student Will.
Their first assignment together is a fella named Thomas, "to be killed by being run over by carriage." Ouch.
And Grell is sooo ready to be done with this job, like, yesterday.
But Will snatches it away! Guess he wants to follow "protocol" or some such nonsense.
Yikes, Grell DOES NOT APPRECIATE being undermined like this.
And the battle is on.

Will just got his ass handed to him, damn.
But luckily, it seems as though he's able to talk her down somehow. Woohoo~
Ah, and here's our doomed deuteragonist! Working as a printer, it would seem.
But what he really wants to be is a novelist. :B
After his manuscript is rejected, he finds himself being stalked scouted by Will.
THEN GRELL SHOWS UP, READY TO GO UNDERCOVER IN MOTHERFUCKING STYLE.
But Will decides the best approach is: "Hello, my name is William T. Spears..."
AND GRELL'S LIKE: "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING, WILL, YOU ARE BLOWING OUR COVERRR~"
She looks about ready to throttle him, LMFAO.
Whoops, and it would seem that Thomas has caught sight of Grell's death scythe...
"Are you grim reapers?"
...And when Will answers truthfully, Grell decides she's had enough of these shenanigans. :U
But Thomas seems strangely excited to meet these two harbingers of doom.
"Beautiful..."
D'aww, Grell was not expecting this reaction. ;w;
Apparently Thomas has a thing for redheads? IDK.
Haha, there's the Grell we know and love. Let out your inner thespian, darling!

It would seem Thomas has been inspired to write after meeting our two reapers...
And gets his manuscript title approved: "The Story of Will the Reaper," I see what you did there.
This section was gorgeous, with scenes from Thomas' novel animated via cut-outs or something. ;3;
Ah, but the time draws near for our author's demise...
And Grell seems a bit sad about this. :\
But at least Thomas managed to finish his book!
Ooh, is it time for another personality clash already? Huzzah.
Grell remains unimpressed by William.
But this time, Will takes the offensive!
A well-aimed punch to the gut...
And Grell's beginning to look a bit nervous!
Who's the A-student now, huh?
Finally, William pounds Grell from behind... (TEE HEE I HAVE THE MATURITY OF A 12 YEAR-OLD)
And knocks her smack-dab into...a fantasy sequence?
Cool, it would seem that Will's finally gained the self-confidence he always needed...
Which Grell finds very attractive. ;)

Will decides it's reapin' time! Go for it, kiddo.
And everything seems to be going smoothly. I'm sure nothing could possibly go wro--

Thomas' cinematic record goes haywire and Will can't see without his glasses to stop it!
The film wraps around him and starts entering his body... This seems very not-good.
"Thomas... Thomas! THOMAS!!"
