I'm sorry for that last post. I wanted a funny way to return after a month absence and cover the subject of my 21st b-day. I can't tell if it's funny or not, which usually isn't good. Oh well, c'est la vie.
I wanted to give some shouts out to some people who deserve them now:
Zink, Elizabeth, Adam, Jessica: Thanks for the drinks on my birthday: Michelob Ultra, Long Island Ice Tea, 77 (7-up and gin), Michelob Ultra and 3 Wise Men, respectively, and for being cool in general.
Dude-I've-Never-Met-But-Zink-Knows: Thanks for the Cement Mixer and Prairie Fire. They will haunt my nightmares forever.
Bartender Chick: For really giving my LIT some extra panache and for that pineapple drink.
Jay: For showing up and helping me home.
Jeff: I'm still sad you weren't there in any capacity except maybe spirit, but it's okay, we've gotten drunk enough times to more than make up for it.
Ed: For all the free dews, you Party Monster.
Colby: For keeping me posted on Angel news.
Jade: For the late night fun. You are my shining star...whatever the hell that means. And don't forget: Mike was here <---- is a FAGGOT!
Baughn: For letting me borrow three dollars for White Castle the other day.
Zink, Elizabeth, and Adam again. Without you three, my birthday might've really suxored. That's all.
Watched Blade 2 for the first time since it was in theaters. Forgot how good it was. Ten minutes in, it was already better than Citizen Kane in every way*...especially CG and gore.
Bought The Last Samurai a couple of days ago. With money. Real money. The kind of cash laced with cocaine and hooker sweat. Not credit or debit. It's so good it's like Jesus crapped a rainbow in my brain.
*If you couldn't tell I was joking, do us both a favor and never read my journal again.
My credit problem has pretty much reached its zenith. It has nowhere to go but down. Now I have to say something very serious so I hope you'll read along and hear me out *ahem*:
