I had to do "Thursday Night" closing usher stuff tonight. We're losing Diary of a Mad Black Woman and gaining Miss Congeniality 2. I did every bit of my closing stuff and finished at the amazing time of 11:45! It's impressive to finish by midnight, much less 15 minutes before. That's my fastest time ever and I think it's quite impressive.

I've become temporarily obsessed with a band called Abandoned Pools. I bet this is like when I listened the hell out of Atreyu. I still like Atreyu, but only occasionally listen to them. I know you won't read these lyrics so I'll just spell it out for you. This song is awesome, it's about regret and wanting to get a second chance despite that being an impossibility. The line "Can we start over? It's over" is particularly powerful. Good emotional songs make me go a big rubbery one.
