Why I dislike haircuts!
Yesterday, I decided I needed a haircut to take some length off my hair. I still wanted to roughly keep the style, just less hair. So I went to the hairdressers around the corner to see what they're like. Big mistake.
Post haircut...I look like a sheep that's been sheered. I wanted about an inch taken off, NOT an inch left! Grrr! I could have done a better job myself, with the pair of scissors I keep in my pencil case. Honestly!
Ok, so I was a little vague in my instructions (or, at least now I realise I was), but I was quite specific on one simple instruction. "Keep it heavy on top!" They didn't. I look like Sonic the Hedgehog after he's been through a rinse cycle! Now I'm going to have to wait for it to grow back before being able to look vaguely look normal again. Good thing then that there's still 2 months worth of the holiday for it to grow. Can't wait.
I'm going to blame the hairdresser, naturally, but since it's the done thing at the moment, I'll also blame Global Warming. :P I thought about also blaming God but that would be 'disrespectful' and I wouldn't want to offend anybody.
