The Blood Lab

Today was indeed a day full of action. I walked in my lab an greeted a few of classmats as always. All was going well until my eyes caught a quick glimpse of the lab title, "What is you blood type?" I already knew I wasn't going to draw any of my own blood. I don't mind when a doctor draws my blood, but I can't do it on my own, let alone trust one of my classmates to do it for me. Majority of classmates didn't want to go through with it either. Now that I think of it...I have a very wild class. The first thing our teacher said was you don't have to go through with the lab, and they still yell at the top of their lungs talking about you can;t make us do this and ect. I guess they simply enjoy the thrill of a heated debate. It beats me why some teenagers have to be so difficult about every little thing. But I have to admit, it's very entertaining seeing these little class battles. In the end both the teacher an the students all laugh, well most of the time lol.

But as for the rest of my class, a few of them wern't to afraid to have to get a little blood drawn, but of course regreted going through with it when it was all set an done. One girls finger wouldn't stop bleeding, and it was some sight! She really began to think she was bleeading to death. The interesting part is they only pricked her finger, I suppose they must have a a blood vessel. One person was actually enjoying the experiment...not saying that she had no right to. I mean if she liked it, then fine. Well I then asked myself what else could go wrong? My question was answered by a loud thud. That's right you guessed it...a girl fainted. I along with a few of my classmates lifted her up, and placed her on a clear table. I stuck around for a little while just to be sure she was really ok. She is doing much better now but she was looking really flushed. I felt bad for her though. I just hope next weeks lab will be a better one.
