*sighs* Give Me A Break
Well as promised, I'd give updates on my troubled friend Kelvin. He was the one who appeared to be suffering from a bad case of depression. Well I have good news and bad news. I'm going to start of with the bad first. I just called his cell to see how he was doing, and he's in the hospital. Not for depression, oh no. He was in a bike accident and he broke his ankle. He came out of surgery about 7 hours ago. So I was totally shocked. Other then his ankle, every thing is else is good. Now onto the good news, he seems to be out of his depression. I think the accident has brought him closer with his family. His mother expressed a great deal of concern for him, and I think that has made him feel allot better. He should be on his feet again mid July. ^^
But isn't it funny how destiny works? When I last spoke to Kelvin he made his depression case sound so...permanent. But after this accident, he seems to have am ore positive look on life. Just look at what it took to make him see the value of his life…a bike accident. And people say there is no such thing as destiny. I'm not saying I'm glad he endured such pain, but if that was necessary to shed some light in his life then I suppose the experience was necessary to some degree. I'm just so happy that he survived. I have a feeling he will have a promising life.
