GENESIS CHRONICLE
Nine minors missing in suspected kidnapping case
A sudden rash of disappearances at the K to 12 school in Terra has caused mass panic among staff, students and family, as police frantically attempt to locate the missing children.
The nine children -- six boys and three girls -- were each last seen on their way either to or from school. However, in each case, they failed to reach their destination, whence the family members contacted the police.
The first disappearance occurred five days ago. Michael Terrance, age 11, was last seen by his classmates leaving the school grounds. The police were contacted that night, but have yet to find any traces of the abductor.
Students continued to go missing. The ninth case occurred this morning, when Lilian Sakamoto, age 10, disappeared -- last seen by her parents leaving the home. Polite are making attempts to find the culprit.
These disappearances, labeled the Schoolground Abductions, have struck the surrounding area into a panic. Many parents are refusing to send their children to school, or insist on accompanying their children to school, personally.
All of the missing students were found to be in the same class. Nagi Kengamine, the teacher, was found to have an alibi for all nine cases, but still remains one of the top suspects. Police have stated that an accomplice may have been involved in this case.
