Appearing on the blank screen of any TV that happens to be off, a blond man stands in front of a bonfire. The image is fuzzy and hard to make out, and keeps flickering, but he appears to be laughing.
The ‘broadcast’ is silent.
It lasts for about a minute before the image flickers off entirely.
