[MOD POST] event, activity check, friend add/remove

Alrighty guys, end of the month. First things first:

EVENT!
The ID security hack is fully over now. Those in Elysium may see a bit of...well, garbage etc around Elysium and some graffiti around with really gross stuff. The police are currently looking for the culprit. AKA Matt. There will be reports about the damage in Elysium. Just a few kids doing their usual rebellious doings. Few items stolen etc.

Don't forget that we have a mod inbox, so any questions/suggestions/etc can go in there.
