A/N: This is written out of impulse and inspired by w-inds' "New World". And why Keita? I just think he is cute XD. An early apology for the bad grammar. I hope that you will like it.
Jin stared at the sight in front of him. He knew that this is a private party where everyone that had been invited is very close friends of theirs, that they can do anything they want. But he hadn’t expected what he was watching right now.
Yes, Kame is a flirt but what he seeing is more than flirtatious gestures.
“Kind of hot aren’t they? I always think that Kame is hot albeit who he paired up with.”
Jin gave his friend an annoyed look.
“There is nothing hot about two guys making out,” Jin muttered under his breath though he knew perfectly well what he had stated is truly a lie. It is hot. But admitting it to himself doesn’t mean he had to say them out loud.
Pi shrugged, “Your bad.” Then he grinned, “I really wouldn’t mind making out with Kame.”
He then felt his friend gave him a not so gentle nudge against his ribs. “Don’t tell me you never thought about it.”
“Thinking about what?” Jin asked, irritated.
His friend simply gestured with his head towards Kame. The said younger man had finally ended his lip-locked with his partner though their hands are still roaming on each other.
Jin rolled his eyes as his friend wiggled his brows at him. Pi could be annoying sometimes.
“God… that Keita-guy is very lucky.” His friend then said wistfully.
Jin played with his tongue, getting more and more annoyed. “Pi, can we stop talking about Kame and his guy?”
Pi gave him a strange look but didn’t press on about his outburst. As the other had started a conversation with Ryo, Jin gave the pair from before another covert gaze.
He watched those familiar chubby fingers clinging tightly around the blue jacket and those same brown eyes staring adoringly at the man in front of him.
It reminds him that he used to have them once.
Jin knew that him and Kame had break their relationship off in a good way and he was sure that he didn’t feel anything for the younger man anymore but somehow watching the other looking like that had tugged on his heartstrings.
It makes him remember how it feels, the kisses and the touches.
Kame laughed at something Keita had said and when he saw the way Kame’s face scrunched up in laughter, he could feel his heart throbbed. Before he could feel anything more, he turned his gaze away not realizing that Pi is watching him all along.

“Good morning!”
Jin murmured out a reply concentrating on his lines for his drama when he felt someone sat beside him on the sofa. He turned to look at who it was and when he did he looked back to the script in his hands.
Pi scoffed at him in disbelief. “Is that the way to greet a friend?”
He then turned to look at his friend and flashed the other a sweet smile. “Oh, hi Pi.”
“That is so fake Jin.”
Jin just shrugged and asked, “What are you doing here?”
“Just… visiting you,” the other replies flashing him a wide grin and Jin knew that grin very much.
“What is it now?” he asked tiredly.
Pi was about to reply when the door to the dressing room opened and the man that had been around in his head recently walked in looking very much cheerful. Jin quickly looked away from the view.
“Kame~”
“What are you doing here so early?” he could hear the other placed his bag on a table nearby.
“Just cheering up my heartbroken friend here,” came the reply and Jin could feel his heart dropped as he gave Pi a disbelief look.
“What the hell are you talking about?” he whispered harshly under his breath but his friend didn’t seem faze by his tone.
“Heartbroken?”
Jin closed his eyes in frustration and sighed deeply turning around to look at Kame.
“Pi just making it into a big deal.”
“It is a big deal.”
Jin glared at his friend. Truthfully he didn’t even know what his friend is trying to do but somehow his guts are telling him that it is related to Kame.
Flashing Kame an assuring smile he pulled Pi off his seat. “Excuse us for a while. I really think I had something to discuss with Pi right now.”
Kame nodded slowly as he walked past the other dragging Pi behind him. And as they exited the room he could hear Pi called out,
“That’s a nice big hickey you got there Kame.”
“What are you trying to do Pi?”
“You liked him don’t you?”
Jin breathed out heavily. His guts are right. It is related to Kame.
“You do, don’t you?”
He bit his lower lip and pulled his hair back. “You didn’t know anything Pi.”
Pi shrugged lightly. “But I know that you like him.”
Jin cleared his throat. “It is not as simple as that.”
“Because he already got a lover? Jin, it is not like he is married.”
Jin sighed, brows furrowed. He could feel a headache coming up and when he looks at Pi, the other was giving him an impatient look.
“I…” Jin started, “We… We’ve dated before Pi.”
“What?”
“Me and Kame, we are ex-lovers.”
“Oh…” his friend simply said eyes wide in surprise.
And from the lack of response, Jin continued. “We didn’t make it. The second time wouldn’t be any different.”
“But…” Pi was about to retort but Jin had beat him up to it.
“He’s happy now and I am cool with the fact that I’m not the one making him happy.”
And with that, Jin left knowing really well what he had said earlier was untrue. He wasn’t cool about it at all.

Jin gave the magazine on the middle of the table a blank look. At the background he could hear his other band mates’ voices’ talking to Kame about what is actually happening, whether it was true or false. He reached out towards the magazine and although he had read it for the umpteenth time that day, he really couldn’t believe that it is actually happening.
Pictures of Kame and Keita holding hands and hugging are plastered all over the page.
Placing the magazine slowly back onto the table he turned towards the other five people in the room.
He could see that Kame is upset by the news but he also could see that Kame didn’t regret it one bit. And before he could think twice, he asked,
“Do you love him that much Kame?”
The room was silent, surprise for the sudden question. It took Kame a while to answer it.
“He told me that he doesn’t care if the world knows.”
When he heard those words, Jin felt like as if he had been slapped right on the face. He cleared out his throat and with a shaky whisper,
“If… I told you that I didn’t care if the world knows too; do I have a chance Kame?”
Kame looked down to his feet, then glances up flashing him a sad smile.
“You won’t Jin. I know you very well. You care about what other people think too much.”
Silence fill the room for no one dare to speak. But then, the awkward atmosphere broke when Kame’s manager entered the room, asking for the other. When the younger man reached the door, he turned back to look at him. The sad smile still on his face.
“I have been waiting for you saying that all this time Jin, but… right now, I love him very much.”
And as the door closes with a soft thud, Jin knows that he won’t have the other anymore. That it is finally the end.
A/N: Ah~ it's been long since I wrote anything and I think I am going to start again. And thank you for reading this.
