Notes: It's unbeta'ed but I'm going to test this first. This is actually an illustrated drabble, but yeah I only drew a picture for this one, hope it's okay for the introduction (^^)
“Where are you going?”
The boy in front of him gave him a smile with a tiny hint of sadness in it.
“I’m going home…”
“Home?” He furrowed his brows at the word. If the boy is going home, why would he go to the top area of the apartment complex? But other thing matters first, so he asked, “Are we going to see each other again?”
The boy shook his head. “My home is very far away from here…”
“Where is your home?”
The boy smiled again and pointed at the top of the stairs. Sunlight pours into the dim-light staircase and it somehow makes the other boy glow.
Eh?
He blinked and what he had seen was gone in a blink of an eye. Is it really a pair of wings he saw at the boy’s back?
“Good bye, Ryo-chan…” the boy whispered softly. “Take good care of yourself.”
“Wait…”
But the boy just gave him a smile and turned away and before he knew it, the figure vanishes into thin air. He stared at the empty staircase up towards the blue sky and slumped down against the wall when the fact hits him.
The other boy has gone… his first real friend has gone…

Ryo woke up with a start, panting slightly. It was strange… it has been long since he had that dream… and he had almost forgot about it… sighing softly, he closed his eyes and murmurs the boy’s name…
“Kazuya…”
